At the end of last year I opted to undertake the Six Month Smiles cosmetic adult braces treatment at The Redland Road Dental Practice. For the last ten months Uma and her team have provided first class treatment, from the initial assessment and brace fitting, to the regular reviews and adjustment procedures, right the way through to final brace removal, tooth whitening and composite bonding. Not only did I always feel fully informed and engaged at every stage of the process, but the level of professionalism and commitment to delivering the best possible service has been exemplary. Uma always made sure I understood the various options available to me at each step in the process, and went the extra mile to deliver what had been discussed and agreed. The final outcome has been, frankly, incredible. I never thought the treatment would be able to produce such an impressive result; something with which I am genuinely delighted. I only wish I had done it years ago! In my case – which I gather was in fact quite complex – the treatment was actually very straightforward, not unduly uncomfortable, and has given me a fantastic new smile – and a huge boost to my self confidence at the same time! After a period of poor mental health during which time I neglected my teeth, I have started the journey of getting them back to good health and I found Nina Cipolla to be wonderfully kind and extremely understanding of my situation when I went to her for a hygienist appointment! She was great at explaining what I had been missing and levelling with me without being patronising – I appreciated her understanding towards me being anxious and I highly recommended her!! The team on reception are also very kind and lovely too
Established over 100 years ago, we are situated in residential Redland Road, Bristol with convenient, metered, roadside parking available.
Our dental team comprises ten dentists and four hygienists working alongside professionally registered dental nurses and highly trained support staff. We provide the most up-to-date technology and techniques in ten treatment rooms, over three floors in a beautiful Victorian building. The practice uses a digital x-ray system which means we are able to produce instant images using lower radiation levels than traditional film methods.
Associate dentists are self-employed, independent contractors and are personally responsible for the treatment they provide.
Patients are registered with one of our ten dentists and will see the same dentist on each visit, except in emergency or in the case of referral.
A reduction on our private fees (exceptions apply) is available for all those under the age of twenty-five.
Adult patients over 25 are seen on our private scheme –Redland Dental Care – which has a standard approved fee for each item of treatment. Redland Dental Care aims to encourage prevention and allows access to a broad range of modern treatments many of which are simply not available on the NHS.
All fillings are covered by a two year free replacement warranty with five year warranties available for crowns and bridges.
There are no hidden charges, joining fees or monthly instalments you only pay for the treatment you receive. We also offer a monthly instalment scheme with Denplan
