Update – January 2021

Following the PM’s announcement on Monday 4th January that a third lock down in England will come into effect from midnight, we have received confirmation that dental services in England are to remain open.

Some opening hours may need to change, and we may need to contact you to change or postpone your appointment.  We are advising that vulnerable patients and all those over the age of 65 postpone routine appointments until March.

When you arrive and if you are driving, please wait in your car and telephone us to say that you are here.  We will then call you back when we are ready to see you.

If you are not driving, please wait at the back of reception and one of our team will greet you.  We will ask you to use the hand sanitiser, we’ll take your temperature and ask you Covid screening questions.  Please bring as few items as possible to your appointment as you will need to put them into a plastic box or bag in the surgery.

Please remember to wear a face covering to the practice, to attend your appointment on your own (where possible), tie long hair back, use card payment only and please try to avoid using our toilet facilities.

These measures are for everyone’s safety and protection and we thank you for your continued support and understanding.

We really look forward to welcoming you back.

Thank you for your continued support, patience and understanding.
The Redland Road Team.
