YOUR NEXT VISIT

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU BACK TO REDLAND ROAD

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

To help us keep the number of people in the building to a minimum, please attend the appointment on your own where possible.

You will receive an email and/or text with detailed instructions about your visit.

If there is more than one person attending the appointment, we ask that you to remain in your car and call us to say when you have arrived.

Please tie long hair back. To minimise your time in the practice, we may call you in advance to pay and arrange future visits.
TEXT/EMAIL

DURING YOUR VISIT

Please wear a face mask and observe social distancing in the reception and waiting area.

You will see new protective screens at reception and in the waiting room.

We will ask you to use the hand sanitiser.

Please avoid using our toilet facilities.
SANITISE

IN THE SURGERY

Your dentist and nurse will be wearing extra layers of protective equipment, along with new masks and face shields.

The surgeries and waiting room have been de-cluttered, and there is new ventilation and clean-air filtration equipment.

Please bring as few items as possible, as we will ask you to put them in a plastic box in the surgery.

EVERYTHING ELSE

We are a large practice with ten treatment rooms, so it’s important for everyone’s safety that we manage and reduce the footfall in the building.

Some surgery times may vary and late arrivals will likely be asked to reschedule.

Appointments may need to be cancelled at short notice, as staffing levels could fluctuate.

Reception may need to ask you personal questions, such as age and vulnerability and if you have had or have arranged to have your 2nd Covid vaccination, to determine if it suitable for you to visit the practice. We kindly ask that you answer their questions and respect the decision of the team.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
