The surgeries and waiting room have been de-cluttered, and there is new ventilation and clean-air filtration equipment.

CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

At Redland Road we aim to operate a fair and transparent booking system. We hope that by communicating our cancellation and missed appointment policy, we will help to avoid any confusion.

If you need to change your appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice, and we will be happy to rearrange it to a more suitable time. If you would like to discuss this policy further, please speak to a member of the reception team.

If you should fail to attend a scheduled appointment, our reception team will attempt to make contact within seven working days. If this is your first failed appointment, notification will be given verbally and/or in writing and recorded in your records. If a second appointment is missed within a 24 month period, a fee will be applied.

The fee for a missed appointment will equate to £33 per half an hour of clinical time lost. Further missed appointments will result in treatment being discontinued.
